Glow was co-founded and incorporated in 2014 by Andrew Cole (Executive Chairman) and Christiaan Ross (CEO). Glow secured the first contract for financing in 2016. After identifying a technology gap in 2019, Glow began development of the first platform, FinTech, specifically designed for Telecom and Consumer Electronic (CE) companies. In late 2020, Samsung UK committed to an outsourced captive finance strategy and we began work together to design the white-label platform for Samsung. In November 2021, Samsung Electronics UK and Glow go-live in the direct to consumer channel providing interest free credit on Samsung items for up to 48 months.

In 2022, Glow began work with additional clients across North America, Europe and Oceania. Then, in late 2023, Glow began design and development of white-labelled finance solution for Samsung Australia, which went live in February 2024.
Since then, Glow has continued to grow by going live with a finance solution with BT/EE in 2024, announcing a revolutionary InsurTech capability called "Admin Inside" at MWC25, and will be going public with new partnerships in the upcoming months.
